Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

You may return items for a store credit or an exchange. Please note that we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes, so we encourage you to choose carefully. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@garbagetv.tv. Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify for a return under this policy, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We only issue refunds for faulty goods.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
